[Af_List] flatmate needed!

HI! well, this is more of a classifieds listing i guess.:.. but it is for a
good and relevant cause that i post it here!
24 stafford street, dunedin, needs a flatmate or studio occupant.
24 stafford has been known as the None Gallery and Lot24. has hosted
in-numeral events/shows etc. including lines of flight (for particular
relevance to this forum! lol).
80% of occupants are artists and musicians. currently has 8 people living
here. very big place tho so its not as mental as that may sound!.... we have
had 10 people comfortably.... 2 story plus basement old warehouse style
building big gallery style bit on ground floor. we have a big room upstairs
for 85dollars and a downstairs room for 60 or 70.... niot sure at mo....
