[Af_List] cd duplication and printing

Yeah considered the DIY approach but I'd actually prefer paying to
spending the time to do it, plus I was doubtful about the quality from
an inkjet printer or similar. I saw a 'over it' type column in Urbis
last month featuring the jewel case and I have to agree - it's amazing
its so ubiquitous when the hinges break, the cover cracks, its got
this cheap plastic tactile thing going, and is pretty tough on the
environment.
