[Af_List] re list - discussion and gigs suggestions

NO!! Don't split up the list!!
I really enjoy the mixture of gig listings and debate. It's one of the 
things that makes the AF list feel like a significant part of an active 
and vibrant local culture with both aspects helping to provide context 
for the other. Big debates don't really happen that often on AF anyway 
so I doubt that a debate only list would be active enough to be 
interesting.

Re guided discussions. This seems like an interesting idea that could 
help generate some interesting discussion and hopefully slightly more 
focused and considered debate but I'm not sure if we have a large 
enough community to sustain this kind of thing regularly. I seem to 
recall something similar being attempted on ADA a couple of years ago 
with relatively little participation. AF might be different though as 
its already a much more active list.
